On November 24,2024 BPDO’s Yeka DIC had the honor of hosting a distinguished delegation, including Dr. Daniel and Allison from USAID, Dr. Patrick from PSI Ethiopia, and other esteemed representatives. This visit underscored our collective commitment to addressing Gender-Based Violence (GBV) through impactful services and survivor-centered support.
The delegation engaged deeply with our dedicated team and beneficiaries, gaining valuable insights into the essential work being done at Yeka DIC. Their feedback and encouragement will significantly enhance our efforts to provide safe spaces, resources, and hope to GBV survivors.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in making this visit a success.
We are proud to announce that a representative from BPDO is attending the prestigious International Union Conference on Tuberculosis and Lung Disease on November 12, 2024. This gathering brings together leading experts and advocates from around the globe to advance the fight against TB and other lung diseases.
Aligned with Ethiopia’s National Strategic Plan and our commitment to key affected populations, this conference serves as an invaluable platform for learning and collaboration. Our representative will engage with global partners, share insights on community-driven approaches, and explore innovative solutions to support the USAID TB Local Organizations Network (LON) project. This engagement strengthens our resolve to bring quality TB care to vulnerable communities and push toward our shared goal of a TB-free world.
Stay tuned as we bring back insights and inspiration to fuel our mission!
